When to Call 911 / Go to the ER
- Chest Pain
- Severe abdominal pain
- Difficulty breathing or choking
- Loss of consciousness
- Broken bone
- Severe allergic reactions
- Bleeding that doesn’t stop
For all other emergencies, please call 215.258.3810 and we can help you determine your next steps.
If you are admitted to the hospital or go to the emergency room
Our doctors won’t visit you in the hospital. We receive all the hospital information real time, and communicate with those physicians as necessary, and see our patients upon discharge.
When you are discharged
Once you’ve been discharged, please set a follow-up appointment with us. Our Care Manager and Provider team will do a thorough check-up to make sure your recovery is going smoothly.
