The US Government has Announced the Return of COVID-19 Tests

The Biden Administration has announced the return of free COVID-19 test kits, available this fall while supplies last.

Families can order up to four (4) free tests per household, delivered by USPS.

How To Order Free COVID-19 Tests

There are two ways you can order free COVID-19 tests from the federal government:

Order Online

You can order your free COVID-19 tests online at COVIDTests.gov. The site also shares helpful tips about how to protect yourself for the virus, prevent the spread, and what to do based on your test results.

Go to the order form: https://special.usps.com/testkits

Order by Phone

You can order COVID-19 test by phone at 1-800-232-0233 (TTY 1-888-720-7489). Fees and tolls from your telephone provider could apply.

BEWARE OF SCAMS: As with the roll out of many similar programs, there are likely to be bad actors trying to get your information. These tests are free, including shipping, and you should never need to pay.

  • Payment of Any Form
